The Best of the Best Cookbooks of 2015

The Best of the Best Cookbooks of 2015 are now listed on Eat Your Books.  More than 250 lists of the best food and drink books were combined into one mega list.
The most popular cookbook around the globe was Nopi by Yotam Ottolenghi and Ramael Scully. This is the 4th time Ottolenghi has had the most popular cookbook in the world.

Check out the list to see if your own favorites made the top 10.  We also have country lists from the UK/Ireland, Canada and Australia/New Zealand as well as subject charts for vegetarian & vegan, gluten-free & paleo, food writing and drinks. In addition to the lists we assembled from newspapers, magazines, websites and blogs, we also collected lists from specialist cookbook stores around the world – interesting to see the differences. We included your list in 2013 but I didn’t see a list from you this year. If you have done one, please send me the link and I will add it in.

If you haven’t yet checked out Eat Your Books, why not do a test run with a few of your cookbooks?  Once you have a search engine for the recipes in your cookbooks, you’ll be amazed how much more you use them.  Use the code 15TRIAL60 for a free 60 day trial.

Best wishes for a wonderful 2016
Jane
